3. Examination Rules

• All candidates must follow the exam guidelines and instructions provided on the platform.
• Any form of malpractice, cheating, impersonation, or rule violation will result in disqualification and cancellation of certification without refund.
• Candidates must ensure stable internet connection and device readiness before the exam.

4. Certification

• Certificates will be issued only to candidates who successfully complete the examination as per the required standards.
• The organization reserves the right to verify the authenticity of candidate details before issuing certificates.
• Certificates are delivered digitally (PDF or online verification link). Printed certificates may be provided on request, subject to additional charges.

5. Fees and Payment

• All fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payment or exam cancellation by the organization (see Refund Policy).
• Payments must be made through authorized and secure payment gateways only.

6. Intellectual Property

• All study material, question banks, software, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Surewin Quality Certification Private limited.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive to provide a seamless experience, Surewin Quality Certification Private limited is not responsible for:
  • Internet failures, technical issues, or device malfunctions at the candidate’s end.
  • Loss of data due to unauthorized access to your account.
• Our liability is limited to the exam fee paid by the candidate.
