- Duration- 120 minutes.
- No. of Questions- 60. (Multiple Choice Questions).
- 10 Questions from each module, each carry 10 marks.
- Maximum Marks- 600, Passing Marks- 40%.
- There is no negative marking in this module.

Principle of Pre-School Education: Nature, aims and objectives of pre-school education, stages and principles of child development, aspects of development, elementary principles of nutrition, under nutrition & malnutrition, activates of various agencies, organization of preschool centers, activities at the preschool stage: art, music and clay work.
Child Psychology: Introduction, importance of child psychology, theories of learning and development of behavior, classification, oral stages: 0-1.5 year, latency stage (6-12 years), Genital stage: (12 years onward), initiative VS guilt (2-6 years), the sensorimotor stage (0-2 yrs), the preoperational stage (2-7 yrs), the concrete operational stage (7-12 yrs), the formal operational stage (11-17yrs), hierarchy for needs.
Physical Education, Health & Nutrition: Role of physical education in child development, planning age appropriate physical activities, organizing age appropriate physical activities, children health and safety, fruits and vegetables, grain food, reduced-fat dairy foods, fruits, milk, vegetables, grains, meats and beans, protein.
