Eligibility: 10thh (High School) or equivalent is required.
Objective: The Certificate in Yoga Instructor Training course is designed for aspiring yoga teachers, fitness professionals, and wellness enthusiasts who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga and develop the ability to guide others in a safe, effective, and holistic manner. The course integrates traditional yogic wisdom with modern instructional techniques.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
There is no negative marking in this module.

Module 1: Introduction to Yoga and Philosophy: Definition and meaning of yoga, History and origin of yoga, Paths of yoga (Raja, Bhakti, Karma, Jnana), Introduction to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Concepts of Yama and Niyama, Goal of yoga and self-realization, Importance of yoga in modern life, Eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga, Basic ethics of a yoga instructor, Role of yoga in holistic health.
Module 2: Human Anatomy and Physiology for Yoga: Overview of skeletal and muscular system, Introduction to the respiratory system and breathing, Digestive and circulatory systems in yoga practice, Spine structure and flexibility, Impact of yoga on endocrine system, Nervous system and stress response, Contraindications and safety in yoga, Body alignment principles, Importance of warm-up and cool-down, Common injuries and prevention.
Module 3: Asanas – Techniques and Practice: Classification of asanas – standing, sitting, supine, prone, inverted, Alignment and benefits of key asanas, Step-by-step instruction techniques, Modifications and use of props, Safety precautions for students, Asanas for flexibility, strength, and balance, Teaching yoga for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels, Correction and adjustment methods, Creating flow sequences (vinyasa), Daily practice routines and variations.
Module 4: Pranayama and Breath Control: Definition and types of pranayama, Proper sitting posture for breathwork, Nadis and pranic energy flow, Techniques: Anulom-Vilom, Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, Bhramari, Sheetali, Benefits of pranayama on health and mind, Safety, precautions and contraindications, Integrating pranayama with asana, Teaching pranayama step-by-step, Role of pranayama in stress reduction.
Module 5: Meditation and Yogic Relaxation: Purpose of meditation in yoga, Introduction to concentration (Dharana) and meditation (Dhyana), Techniques: Om meditation, Trataka, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness and breath awareness, Stress management through meditation, Creating a meditative environment, Teaching guided relaxation, Silent sitting and thought observation, Daily meditation planning, Benefits of regular meditation practice.
