Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective: The objective of the Certificate in Warehouse Operations course is to equip learners with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to manage warehouse functions effectively across various industries. The course covers core areas such as inventory control, goods receipt and inspection, put-away processes, order picking, packing, dispatch, and warehouse layout optimization.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
There is no negative marking in this module.

Module 1: Introduction to Warehousing: Definition and types of warehouses, Role of warehouse in supply chain management, Functions of a warehouse, Public vs private warehouses, Key terminologies in warehouse operations, Principles of warehousing, Basic warehouse layout and design, Importance of safety and cleanliness, Overview of warehouse documentation, Introduction to warehousing career roles
Module 2: Receiving and Inspection of Goods: Inbound logistics and receiving process, Unloading techniques and safety practices, Verification of goods against purchase order, Visual inspection for damage and defects, Preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN), Updating inventory records, Handling returned and rejected items, Communication with vendors and procurement team, Use of barcode scanners for verification, Safe handling of fragile and perishable items.
Module 3: Storage and Inventory Management: Storage principles and methods (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO), Categorization and labelling of goods, Slotting and bin location systems, Manual and automated storage systems, Inventory tracking methods, Stock taking and cycle counting, Reorder level and stock control, Handling overstock and understock situations, Inventory loss prevention techniques, Coordination with inventory and accounts team.
Module 4: Order Picking and Dispatch: Understanding picking lists and packing slips, Picking methods (zone, wave, batch), Packing procedures and labeling, Preparing items for dispatch, Route planning and shipment scheduling, Loading of goods and safety precautions, Preparation of dispatch documents, Coordination with transporters and delivery teams, Reverse logistics handling, Maintaining dispatch register and records.
Module 5: Warehouse Technology and Equipment: Use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Barcode and RFID technology, Introduction to ERP systems in warehousing, Common warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.), Preventive maintenance of equipment, Digital stock reports and dashboards, Safety features in warehouse machinery, Automation trends in modern warehousing, Energy efficiency and sustainability, Cybersecurity in warehouse data management.
