Eligibility: Graduation or equivalent is required.
Objective: The Certificate in Quality Control and Quality Assurance (Production) course is designed to develop the competencies required to ensure consistent product quality and process efficiency in manufacturing and production environments.
Duration: Three Months.

• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Definition and objectives of QC and QA, Differences between quality control and quality assurance, Importance of quality in manufacturing, Key concepts of Total Quality Management (TQM), Product lifecycle and quality checkpoints, Role of QA/QC personnel in production, Cost of poor quality (COPQ), Overview of quality standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma), Quality policy and quality objectives, Importance of continuous improvement
Module 2: Quality Inspection and Testing Methods
Visual and dimensional inspection techniques, Use of measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauge), Destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT), Sampling plans and techniques (AQL, lot testing), First article inspection (FAI), In-process and final inspection, Calibration and maintenance of instruments, Statistical sampling methods, Acceptance criteria and tolerance limits, Documentation of inspection results
