Objective: The Certificate in Quality Control and Quality Assurance (Industrial) course is designed to develop the technical competencies and practical skills required to maintain and improve product and process quality in a wide range of industrial sectors. The course prepares learners to effectively implement quality systems, perform inspections, and adhere to national and international standards.

• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Definition and scope of QA/QC in industry, Difference between quality assurance and quality control, Importance of QA/QC in industrial production, Role of QA/QC personnel in manufacturing, Overview of quality standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma), Product vs process quality control, Introduction to inspection and test plans (ITP), Basics of Total Quality Management (TQM), Quality objectives and policy in industries, Industry-specific QA/QC challenges.
Module 2: Material Inspection and Testing Techniques
Raw material quality requirements, Visual and dimensional inspection methods, Mechanical testing (tensile, hardness, impact), Chemical composition analysis, Non-destructive testing (NDT) overview, Sampling procedures and acceptance criteria, Material traceability and batch control, Third-party material inspection, Vendor evaluation and material certification, Documentation of test results and reports.
Module 3: In-Process Quality Control in Manufacturing
