Objective: The Certificate in Quality Control and Quality Assurance (Food Industry) course is designed to prepare professionals for implementing and maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality throughout the food production and supply chain.

Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Definition and importance of QA/QC in food, Differences between quality assurance and quality control, Overview of the food processing industry, Food safety and hygiene principles, Regulatory bodies and food laws (FSSAI, Codex, ISO 22000), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), Food labeling and packaging standards, Role of QA/QC in consumer safety, Ethical responsibilities in food quality.
Module 2: Raw Material Inspection and Food Safety Standards
