Course Name: Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Assistant

Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective: The objective of the Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Assistant course is to equip learners with essential knowledge and hands-on skills to support end-to-end supply chain and logistics activities. The course includes topics such as procurement procedures, inventory control, warehouse management, order processing, transportation planning, and documentation. Learners are introduced to logistics software, tracking systems, and Excel for managing data and reporting.
Duration: Three Months.
 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
 Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
 Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
 Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
 Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
 Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
 Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
 Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
 Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
 Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
There is no negative marking in this module.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Logistics and Supply Chain: Definition and importance of logistics and supply chain, Key components of supply chain management (SCM), Types of logistics (inbound, outbound, reverse), Understanding the flow of goods, information, and finance, SCM vs logistics – key differences, Role of logistics in business and e-commerce, Overview of warehousing, transportation, and inventory, Global trends and challenges in SCM, Stakeholders in the supply chain, Career roles in logistics and SCM.
Module 2: Transportation and Distribution Management: Modes of transport and their advantages, Vehicle routing and scheduling basics, Fleet management systems, Last-mile delivery operations, Role of transport in cost optimization, Freight forwarding and documentation, Delivery tracking and updates, Packaging and damage control during transit, Transport regulations and safety norms, Coordination with warehouse and delivery teams.
Module 3: Inventory and Warehouse Operations: Types of inventory and their classification, Inventory control techniques (ABC, VED), Stock taking and cycle counting methods, Warehouse functions and layout, Goods receiving, inspection, and shelving, Storage techniques and equipment used, Order picking and dispatch process, FIFO, LIFO, and FEFO methods, Safety and security in warehouse operations, Documentation in inventory and warehousing.

Module 5: IT and Documentation in Logistics: Use of logistics software and ERP systems, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transport Management System (TMS), Preparing invoices, delivery notes, and GRNs, Use of barcodes, QR codes, and RFID, E-way bill and GST documentation basics, Maintaining digital records and logs, Email and basic communication tools, Reporting and MIS preparation, Cybersecurity and data privacy.
