Module 2: Customer Onboarding and Due Diligence: Types of customers (individuals, companies, trusts, NGOs), Customer due diligence (CDD), Enhanced due diligence (EDD), Simplified due diligence, Customer acceptance policy, Identity and address proof norms, C-KYC and DigiLocker integration, Video KYC process, Red flags and suspicious profile indicators, KYC documentation checklist.
