Eligibility: 10th (High School) or equivalent is required.
Objective: The Certificate in Housekeeping & Room Service course is designed to provide comprehensive training in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in hospitality settings such as hotels, resorts, and cruise ships. The course focuses on essential housekeeping functions including bed-making, linen management, cleaning procedures, and use of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:

Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
There is no negative marking in this module.

Module 2: Cleaning Science and Procedures: Types of cleaning agents and chemicals, Cleaning equipment and their usage, Cleaning public areas and guest rooms, Daily, periodic, and deep cleaning procedures, Bed making techniques and linen management, Bathroom and toilet cleaning procedures, Dusting and mopping techniques, Stain removal methods, Handling waste and garbage disposal, Sanitization and hygiene standards.
Module 3: Linen and Laundry Management: Types of linen used in hotels, Linen inventory and control, Laundry workflow and equipment, Sorting, washing, and drying process, Ironing and folding techniques, Uniform management, Stain treatment and fabric care, Laundry records and documentation, Outsourced laundry services, Linen room setup and operations.
