Module 1: Introduction to Fire Science and Safety: Basics of fire and combustion, Fire triangle and tetrahedron, Classification of fire types (A, B, C, D, K), Stages of fire development, Common fire hazards in residential and industrial settings, Principles of fire prevention, Importance of firefighting and safety operations, Introduction to firefighting as a profession, Fire safety laws and standards overview, Role and responsibility of firefighters.

Module 2: Firefighting Equipment and Their Usage: Types of fire extinguishers and applications, Fire hoses and nozzles, Fire hydrant system and usage, Breathing apparatus and SCBA sets, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Rescue tools (ladders, cutters, ropes), Fire detection and alarm systems, Thermal imaging cameras, Communication devices used in firefighting, Maintenance and inspection of firefighting equipment.
