Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective: The objective of the Certificate in E-Commerce Warehouse Assistant course is to equip learners with the essential skills required to support warehousing operations in an e-commerce environment. The course covers tasks such as receiving goods, barcode scanning, order picking and packing, labeling, inventory tracking, and returns processing. Participants are trained to use warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld scanners, and mobile apps commonly used in online retail logistics.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.

Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:

Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to E-Commerce and Warehouse Roles: Overview of e-commerce industry and growth, Role of warehouse assistants in e-commerce, Understanding e-commerce supply chain, Basic warehouse layout and functions, Types of goods stored in e-commerce warehouses, Introduction to SKUs and product codes, Importance of speed and accuracy in e-fulfilment, Types of e-commerce models (B2B, B2C, D2C), Familiarity with delivery timelines and customer expectations, Career opportunities in e-commerce warehousing.
Module 2: Goods Receiving and Quality Check: Inbound logistics and receiving procedures, Checking goods against purchase orders or invoices, Visual inspection for quality and damages, Reporting shortages or incorrect deliveries, Handling of perishable and non-perishable items, Use of handheld devices for scanning and recording, GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation, Tagging and labeling of items, Segregation of goods based on type or storage requirement, Coordination with vendors and procurement team.
Module 3: Storage, Picking and Inventory Management: Storage principles – FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, Slotting and bin location systems, Picking methods (single, batch, zone), Inventory tracking using barcodes and scanners, Updating stock records in WMS or ERP, Cycle counting and stock taking procedures, Handling fragile and high-value items, Storing returnable and promotional items, Maintaining storage hygiene and safety standards, Reporting inventory discrepancies.
Module 4: Order Processing and Packaging: Understanding order flow in e-commerce systems, Picking lists and order accuracy verification, Packaging materials and techniques, Labeling for shipment (barcodes, addresses, etc.), Use of automated packing systems, Dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery slips), Segregation of orders by delivery partner, Handling COD and prepaid orders, Special packaging for fragile and bulk items, Coordination with dispatch and courier teams.
Module 5: Technology and Warehouse Equipment: Use of Warehouse Management System (WMS), Introduction to handheld terminals and barcode scanners, Basics of ERP and e-commerce platforms, Inventory dashboards and tracking systems, Use of automated conveyors and sorting tools, Equipment handling safety (pallet jacks, trolleys), Digital reporting and MIS entry, RFID and QR code usage, App-based order updates and status monitoring, Cybersecurity and device maintenance basics.
