Objective: The objective of the Certificate in Delivery Executive (E-commerce, Food) course is to prepare individuals for efficient and professional delivery operations in sectors like e-commerce, food delivery, and last-mile logistics. The course covers essential areas such as order collection and dispatch, route planning and navigation using GPS, time management, safe food handling practices, use of mobile delivery apps, and digital payment collection.
