Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective: The objective of the Certificate in Courier & Parcel Services course is to equip learners with the operational and customer service skills needed for working in the courier and logistics industry. The course covers procedures for parcel collection, packaging, labeling, tracking, route planning, documentation, and delivery. Learners are trained in the use of handheld devices, barcode systems, and courier software to update shipment status and manage records.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Courier and Parcel Industry: Overview of courier and parcel services, Difference between courier, parcel, and logistics services, Major players and market trends in India, Role of courier services in e-commerce, Understanding service categories (same-day, express, standard), Basics of package types and classifications, Role of a courier executive or assistant, Importance of timely delivery and tracking, Customer expectations and service quality, Regulatory bodies and postal laws.
Module 2: Booking and Documentation: Parcel booking process and protocols, Filling booking slips and digital entries, Generating airway bills and tracking IDs, Use of barcodes and labels, Understanding Proof of Delivery (POD), Insurance and declaration forms, COD (Cash on Delivery) process documentation, Maintaining dispatch registers, Legal compliance for restricted items, Filing customer records and transaction slips.
Module 3: Sorting, Packaging, and Handling: Sorting parcels by route, weight, and urgency, Packaging standards and safety precautions, Handling fragile, perishable, and high-value parcels, Loading and unloading techniques, Storage in hub and delivery vans, Use of bins, cages, and scanners in sorting centers, Standard size and weight measurement practices, Managing unclaimed or undelivered parcels, Return and re-delivery process, Hygiene and personal safety in handling parcels.
