Objective: The Certificate in Corporate Accountant program is designed for individuals aspiring to work in the accounting departments of businesses, startups, and corporate firms. It provides comprehensive training in accounting principles, statutory compliance, payroll, taxation, and accounting software tools used in corporate settings.

How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Accounting: Introduction to accounting principles, Double entry system of accounting, Types of accounts and golden rules, Journal entries and ledger posting, Trial balance and rectification of errors, Bank reconciliation statement, Depreciation methods and accounting, Final accounts preparation, Accounting standards overview (AS & Ind-AS), Introduction to computerized accounting.
Module 2: Corporate Financial Accounting: Company accounts basics, Issue of shares and debentures, Redemption of preference shares and debentures, Profit and loss appropriation account, Accounting for amalgamation and absorption, Consolidated financial statements, Internal reconstruction and buyback of shares, Valuation of goodwill and shares, Bonus and right issues, Corporate dividend policy and accounting.
Module 3: Taxation – Direct and Indirect: Basics of Income Tax for companies, Computation of taxable income, Tax deducted at source (TDS), Advance tax and self-assessment tax, Filing ITR for companies (ITR-6), Introduction to Goods and Services Tax (GST), GST registration and filing returns, Input Tax Credit (ITC) under GST, TDS under GST, Corporate tax planning and compliance.
Module 4: Company Law and Corporate Governance: Overview of Companies Act, 2013, Types of companies and their formation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Directors: appointment, roles, and responsibilities, Shareholder rights and meetings, Corporate social responsibility (CSR), Annual return and ROC filings, Audit committee and internal audit, Board governance and ethics, Compliance and legal reporting.
Module 5: Financial Analysis and Reporting: Understanding financial statements, Ratio analysis and interpretation, Cash flow and fund flow statements, Working capital and liquidity analysis, Cost-volume-profit analysis, Budgeting and forecasting techniques, Variance analysis and management control, Financial reporting as per Ind-AS, Earnings per share and market value ratios, Tools for financial decision-making.
Module 6: Accounting Software and Practical Applications: Tally Prime or ERP software training, GST and TDS configuration in Tally, Payroll accounting and compliance, Data entry and voucher posting, Report generation (P&L, Balance Sheet, GST returns), Excel for accounting and finance, MIS reporting and dashboard creation, Practical assignments and projects, Audit support through accounting software, Case studies and simulations.
