Eligibility: Graduate or equivalent is required.
Objective: The Certificate in Commercial Banker course is designed for individuals aspiring to work in the business banking or corporate lending divisions of banks and financial institutions. It provides a strong foundation in banking operations, business finance, credit appraisal, and customer relationship management, with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients.

How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Commercial Banking: Overview of banking system and functions, Role of commercial banks in the economy, Types of banks and banking services, Structure and operations of a commercial bank, Basic banking terms and definitions, Principles of banking, Retail vs corporate banking, Importance of customer relationship, Banking regulations and RBI guidelines, History and evolution of commercial banking in India.
Module 2: Banking Products and Services: Savings and current accounts, Fixed and recurring deposits, Credit and debit cards, Personal loans and home loans, Business loans and working capital finance, Overdrafts and cash credit, Internet and mobile banking, Foreign exchange services, Insurance and investment products through banks, Locker and custodial services.
