Objective: The Certificate in Yoga & Acupuncture course is designed for health practitioners, yoga therapists, and wellness professionals seeking to integrate ancient Indian and Chinese healing systems. The course blends yogic practices with the principles of acupuncture to address physical, emotional, and energy imbalances naturally and non-invasively.

Duration: Three Months.

 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.

Module 2: Anatomy and Energy Systems: Overview of human anatomy relevant to yoga and acupuncture, Nervous and musculoskeletal systems, Introduction to chakras and their functions, Meridians and acupuncture points, Relation between nadis and meridians, Key acupoints for general well-being, Spinal column and nerve centers, Physiology of breath and prana movement, Muscle groups used in yoga postures, Energetic anatomy comparison between yoga and TCM.
