Objective: The Certificate in Quality Control and Quality Assurance (IT Sector) course is designed to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in maintaining and improving the quality of software and IT services. It focuses on software testing, quality assurance frameworks, and industry best practices to ensure the delivery of reliable and high-performance IT solutions.

Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.

Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.

Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.

Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
There is no negative marking in this module.

Overview of QA and QC in software and IT services, Difference between software QA and QC, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Importance of quality in IT products and services, Role of QA/QC engineers in IT teams, Common causes of software defects, Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps approaches, Quality attributes (usability, reliability, performance), Overview of ISO 9001 and CMMI in IT, Ethical practices and client satisfaction in QA.

Module 2: Software Testing Fundamentals
