Objective: The Certificate in Fire Hazard Prevention and Response course is designed for individuals working in industrial, commercial, residential, or institutional settings. • A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.

Module 2: Fire Prevention and Safety Practices: Fire prevention planning and strategies, Workplace fire risk assessment, Housekeeping and material storage practices, Electrical fire safety precautions, Use of signage and labels for fire hazards, Role of good ventilation and escape planning, Hot work permit and safety, Smoking area regulations, Fire-resistant building materials, Routine safety checks and inspections.

Module 3: Fire Detection and Suppression Systems: Fire alarms and smoke detectors – types and functions, Sprinkler and drenching systems, Fire extinguishers – types and usage (CO₂, foam, dry powder, water), Fire hydrant and hose reel systems, Automatic fire suppression systems, Fire detection system maintenance and testing, Fire suppression in data centers and high-risk areas, Emergency lighting and evacuation alarms, Standards for fire safety equipment, Installation and layout planning.
