Eligibility: 10th Grade(High School) or Equivalent.

Duration: One Month.

Objective: The objective of this course is to provide learners with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on skills in the science and practice of honey bee farming. The course covers bee biology, hive management, honey extraction, disease control, and marketing, enabling participants to establish and manage productive and sustainable apiculture enterprises.

• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.

No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Bee Colony Management: Setting up an apiary site, Selecting and acquiring bee colonies, Types of beehives and their components, Installation of bee colonies in hives, Seasonal management of bee colonies, Swarming and its control, Queen rearing and replacement, Feeding and watering techniques, Record keeping and colony inspection, Use of protective clothing and equipment.
