Eligibility: Completion of 10th Grade (high School) or equivalent.

Objective: The course combines:

1. Advanced Computer Applications: Comprehensive knowledge of essential software and IT tools.
2. DTP (Desktop Publishing): Hands-on training in software used for designing publications, marketing materials, and documents.

It is ideal for individuals who wish to gain technical proficiency in computers and graphic design.

Duration: Six Months.

 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.

Online Examination Detail:

• Duration- 120 minutes.
• No. of Questions- 60. (Multiple Choice Questions).
• 10 Questions from each module, each carry 10 marks.
• Maximum Marks- 600, Passing Marks- 40%.

Computer Fundamentals:  Introduction to computer, input devices, output devices, internal/external parts with computer cabinate, data storage, number system, Languages, operating system& software packages, technologies and virus.

PC Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): Word wrap, page formatting, paragraph formatting, editing data, replacing cell data, deleting cell contents, copying data, moving data, presentation, slides, creation of presentation, blank presentation.

Database Using FoxPro and MS Access: Data base type, relational data base, data base management system (DBMS), MS Access terminology, creates the data base file in MS Access.

IT Trends, Internet and E-Commerce: Trends in computer technology, processors, information storage, software, input- output technology, data communication, advantages of e-commerce to customers, advantages of e-commerce to businesses, disadvantages of e- commerce, scope of e- commerce.

DTP With Page Maker And Photoshop: Basic of page maker, page size and paper size, working with colors, editing, copying, removing and replacing colors, Photoshop panels and tools,  basic operations, layers, cropping, basic printing, navigating and zooming, choosing colours.
