Contemporary Yoga: Preparation, suryanamaskar asana, effects of each surya namaskara asana on our body, importance of correct breathing (Pranayama) while doing surya namaskara, mantra during surya namaskara, benefits of surya namaskara, precautions in surya namaskara.

Dhyan and Mudra: Etymology and definition of dhyana, types of meditation, importance and benefits of dhyana, etymology and definition of mudra, importance & benefits of mudra.
