Eligibility: 10th Grade (High School) or Equivalent.
Objective: A Certificate in Computer Networking is a specialized training program designed to provide individuals with the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks. ✔️ Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
✔️ Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
✔️ Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
✔️ Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Fundamentals of Computer Networking: Introduction to computer networks, Types of networks (LAN, WAN, MAN), Network topologies (bus, star, ring, mesh, hybrid), OSI and TCP/IP models, Networking hardware (routers, switches, hubs, NICs), IP addressing and subnetting, MAC addressing and ARP, Network protocols (HTTP, FTP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP), Wired vs. wireless networking, Basics of network security.
Network Devices and Configuration: Understanding switches and routers, Working of modems and access points, Network interface cards (NIC) and media converters, Configuring routers and switches, VLANs and inter-VLAN routing, DHCP and static IP configuration, Port forwarding and NAT, Network monitoring tools, Common networking commands, Troubleshooting network device issues.
IP Addressing and Subnetting: IPv4 and IPv6 addressing, Private and public IP addresses, Subnetting concepts and CIDR notation, Supernetting and classless addressing, Configuring IP addresses on devices, DHCP working and configuration, NAT (Network Address Translation) and PAT, IPv6 structure and addressing scheme, Loopback and reserved IP addresses, Calculating subnet masks and address ranges.
Network Protocols and Services: TCP vs. UDP protocols, HTTP, HTTPS, and web communication, DNS and domain resolution, FTP and SFTP for file transfers, Email protocols (SMTP, POP3, IMAP), Telnet and SSH remote access, SNMP for network management, VPN and tunneling protocols, VoIP and real-time communication, Network troubleshooting with ICMP and Ping.
Wireless Networking and Security: Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), Wireless access points and controllers, SSID and encryption methods (WEP, WPA, WPA2, WPA3), Setting up and securing a Wi-Fi network, MAC filtering and network segmentation, Wireless interference and signal optimization, Hotspots and public Wi-Fi security, Configuring wireless bridges and repeaters, Troubleshooting wireless network issues, IoT and wireless device networking.
