Eligibility: 10th Grade(High School) or Equivalent.

Objective: The Diploma in Yoga Instructor is a comprehensive program for those serious about advancing their yoga knowledge and teaching skills. Duration: Six Months.

🎓 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

Human Science for Yogic Practice: Objectives, practice and effects of asana, classification of asana, cultural asanas, relaxative asanas, yogic practices, abdominal group of asanas, shakti bandha (dynamic asana), standing asana, benefits of asanas.

Yoga Introduction: Objectives, classical concept of yoga, history and origin of yoga, origin and development, of yoga, different parts of yoga, yogic physiology- panchakosha, importance & benefits of yoga.

Practical of Yoga Postures: Surya namaskar, chakra asana, matsya asana, padma asana, dhanpur asana, vajra asana, nataraja asana, sarvanga asana, trikona asana, vrischika asana, gomukha asana, siddha asana.

pranayamas & Mudras: Objectives, meaning of mudra, types of mudra, asan mudra /postural mudra, much mudra, kaki mudra, meaning of bandha.
